When I read it to my dog, I just added an "Eh?" after the "Woof" and it all made sense to her....

I think the picture was taken in British Columbia. I think I recognize the area it is taken in.
"City of North Vancouver".... it's in one of the public parks there.

Alright, I had another moment there. But I have been to that dock. I thought I would add British Columbia since someone in the thread had asked if it was Montreal. Thank you June for pointing that out to me.

The photo was taken at Deep Cove. About a three minute drive from my front door.
Deep Cove has some very good diving farther up, www.bcdive.com did a pick up there once with a friend and I, and it was a gorgeous dive.
