Hey I'm heading down to the Keys in March to finish up some tech certs and was looking for a place local to Key Largo to rent 2 sets of doubles (possibly 4 if my buddy likes the idea too). Would be a lot cheaper than having to drive my gear all the way from NYC. AL80's/Steel 100's whatever's available.

I know a lot of shops only rent out tanks while you're diving in their boats so I'm not sure about renting and then going off on your own. As far as what shops rent, off the top of my head I know that Silent World and Conch Republic do. I wouldn't be surprised if Horizon and Rainbow Reef rented them as well since I believe both offer tech classes.

I'm diving with Rainbow, they only have ponies. I'll check the other shops you mentioned. Thanks

Another option would be to bring down your manifold and bands and use their 80's. While not the easiest, it might make logistics easy.

Horizon will rent double 80s. Don't know if it is limited in any way.

Ocean Divers may but I am not sure.

EDIT: Rainbow Reef doesn't rent doubles

I have two sets of doubled up AL 80's/ with isolator manifolds at Rainbow Reef that can be rented.
