Dumaguete Divers - anyone with experience diving with them?

We are looking to dive for the first time in the Philippines - can't wait! Since we love Macro, we picked Dumaguete as our destination for the week. We have been looking at Atlantis, Mike's and Dumaguete Divers. The first 2 are a resort, and the last one is more on our own. I have seen a lot of ScubaBoard posts about Atlantis and Mike's, but having a hard time finding anyone with experience about Dumaguete Divers. Anyone have experience with them? Excellent (though limited) reviews on Trip Advisor. If we choose them, we would stay at the J&P Family Beach and Guest house.

Since we have dove many times in Bonaire that has a place with a kitchenette, we are not looking for something where we have to be at a place that has all meals, all the time.

Any insight would be helpful = thank you!

Self catering is pretty rare in the country. You either eat at the resort or at restaurant.
I am not familiar with Dumaguete Divers but if it is in Dauin then finding suitable places to eat out would be a big challenge.
