That is a Soft Coral Spider Crab, most likely Hoplophrys oatesii on a piece of soft coral, Dendronephthya sp.

And i agree its a great shot but that brittle star is a tad distracting to my eye
 
Beautiful shot! Man did it's eyes glow or how did you spot it? BTW How do you connect your strobes to your camera? Do you have cables or is it optic? I have the same setup and I'm drooling for strobes but not sure what to buy and if it's worth it since I can't dive where I live. On the other hand that'd give me just another reason to travel more :)
