Finally posted an intro

Hi,
I hope everyone had a great Christmas.
I did my OW and Advanced OW in October in Okinawa. I got hooked, like most other people on this board.
Tomorrow I am heading back to Okinawa to dive and in March I am off to Thailand.
I am currently looking at buying gear, so recommendations are welcome.

Welcome to our warm and friendly community. It would be hard to make equipment recommendations since many of us are not aware of what manufacturers distribute in Japan.
