I'm thinking about going on another trip to the Flower Gardens. Does anyone have any experience diving there in November?
Weather? Thickness of wetsuits? Etc...
(Perhaps I should just save it for Caymen in March.)

The chances of getting out there are pretty slim. With all the low pressure systems we have had coming through lately, it is pretty chopped up. I doubt that any trips are making it out. Personally, I would wait for Cayman, or the gardens next spring. Although, I did talk to a friend today that encountered a 20 ft. whale shark at Stetson Bank two weeks ago. Otherwise, here is a good weather link.

looks like the water temp is still high 70's to 80. just that the 30 knot gusts are kind of a bummer.

Thanks for the reply. That's kind of what I thought. I went the first week in October and got to see a whale shark also. Thought I might try my luck again. I'm just dying to get wet again...and soon.
