You don't say where you are, but some Wal-marts carry those. Put your zipcode in the blank here to check your local stores. Mine doesn't, but one of the Lubbock stores carries it.

Oh, Christi...Ya can't blame a gal for trying! Did you get any chance to check for corn meal at Pacsadeli?

I've bought bunches of fresh Italian basil at the mercado -- at one of what I call the "transient Mayan spice stands" in the Ave. 25 hallway.

They didn't have any last week, but they said they would be getting more.

I'd also heard about the fresh basil at the mercado - I just never had the occasion to look for it there
