I'm a Fish!
In a recent thread it was asked how training today compares to training in the past. With this in mind I am just curious what ideas people have that would improve training in the future. Feel free to post any ideas and possibly influence an instructor or 2 with some great ideas!

Continuing colloboration between instructors from various backgrounds, sharing ideas, outlines and more. Like we do on Scubaboard but above and beyond. I like seeing programs like Jim Lapenta's and the coaching focus/philosophy from Trace Malin and Bob Sherwood.
