Garmin Dive: Edit Apnea dive to Single Gas

Did some free dives on Apnea mode before doing a scuba single gas dive on air. Didn't notice until the dive was underway that my Descent MK2i started up in Apnea mode.

Is there a way to edit the apnea dive to make it a Single Gas dive?

Seems crazy if not! I've tried using the iOS Garmin Dive app and on the descent itself with no luck.

I do think this is possible. You can edit a dive to a similar type. If I started as Single Gas, I can change to multi-gas or CCR, but not to Apnea. Likewise, with Apnea, I can change to Apnea Hunt, but that's it.

If started as an Apnea dive, it's not tracking the same things it would if it were to start as a scuba dive. It just thinks your breath hold is really good.
