dont know if they are the same jellyfish. Looks the same from the picture, but I'm not sure if ichizenkurage = Nomura's Jellyfish or not. For some reason neither of them are in my dictionary......

I did a scooter class in Korea on the East Coast (Sea of Japan) and cruised along among hundreds of them. Really nice! And they did not sting at all.
