For Monterey a 7mm is barely going to cut it. My past g/f was roughly the same size as your gal (Big hips, with a big bust) and fit into Aqualungs quite well. They are stretchy and fit curves nicely. At Bamboo Reef in Monterey they had an 8mm, or was it 8.5mm, Aqualung suit that was nice.

For the ultimate fit, which means warmer, a custom suit is the way to go. You might be surprised how closely they are priced together. CALL Otter Bay and talk with Cricket, to at least get the low down on a custom suit. Otterbaysuits.com

"The best way to save money on a wetsuit is to buy a drysuit". Eventually everyone that dives a lot in the Monterey area buys a drysuit. Either that or they freeze...
