...I dove the Castor in August last year - no current. Only saw a few GG’s. It was fun to swim the Castor stern to bow and back again though!
When there is little current on the Castor, there are frequently large groups of GG off the port bow and/or the port stern. An easy way to navigate off the port bow is to use the anchor chain as a guide. When there is no current, you can swim around the wreck with ease, not possible when the current is up.
