Oasis teaches Sea Signs. :D
That is the only shop in the valley I know of that does.
Interesting enought is they also do courses from NAUI,
PADI, SDI & TDI. They cover it all.
 
Starting on Section 14, Page 10 of the NOAA Manual.
 
Someone should make a flash based learning system for the web. Show a brief video of a diver making a symbol, and then explain what it is, or perhaps have a multiple choice quiz, etc.

I am an Instructor Trainer for SeaSigns (and Director of Training for SeaSigns Inc., as well). In the past, I have used the Web to teach people SeaSigns. It requires a video camera connection and I prefer to Use Microsoft Netmeeting. A private lesson takes about 2 to 3 hours for a student. I prefer using a phone connection for voice.

The Internet is actually a good simulation for communicating underwater.
