I went to the Philippines Invasion last summer. My DS-51 was acting up on the first day, then wouldn't turn on at all beginning on the second day.

Fortunately I was able to borrow a DS-125 from a fellow invader, Jahjahwarrior, for most of the rest of the trip.

Anyhow, once I got home, I sent it back back to Ikelite with a nite describing what happened, and what I did to try to resurrect it on the trip. I waited about two weeks for a repair estemate or invoice, but the flash just showed up, mo bill, even for the return shipping. Their note said simply that they replaced a part.

I just got back from the Cayman Brac Surge where it performed as new.

Similar experiences; their customer service is outstanding.

This was is great testimony. This board is great for giving dues or calling out. Thanks for helping in my decision making process.
