It's conjoined Tilapia fish! It's in an aquarium somewhere, they say the big one protects the little one when it's looking for food on the bottom.

The article I read mentioned that they were 8 mos. old, but I didn't pay attention to when or how they aquired them.
 
Now that's taking good buddy technique to the extreme...
