Hello Scuba Board. I've looked up many answers on here and finally decided to say hi. I am located in Encinitas (San Diego area) and like to dive. Thanks for all the good info thats posted. I'm always looking for dive buddies and frequent North County reef areas as well as La Jolla. See ya.
