History Channel Airing "Fatal Pressure" - re-enactment of Speigel Grove accident

Just looked at the accident thread. The link takes you into the end of the thread so it initially appeared to be OT. I then figured out I had to go to the beginning and start reading.

I am wondering if there is an official DAN report that is available for this specific incident. I dove the SG and will be diving it again in a few weeks.
