Zung: Air off, its supposed to be a bit loose but it should stay put. The piston is off the HP seat. That little spring part # 01020700 should keep the pressure againest the adjusting screw,SS spacer and the two plastic spacers that sandwitch the O ring part #01050136. Maybe the O ring on the HP seat is dry.!!!??? My guess. I would check the IP before you dive. If stable don't worry about it.
 
I took a off the shelf design from my OEM and modified it over a 18 month period of testing. Didn't copy anything. The OEM shelf design did for sure but I wasn't happy with it.

That's the way to go: take an OEM part to spread the tooling cost and tweak it to perfection where it's realistic to tweak.
