Honeymoon Advice

We are looking for room with a water view, ocean within a minutes walk from the hotel, Dive shop right there on premise and ability to basicaly lounge in a pool, go to the bar and have a drink, gear up and stride off the dock into a house reef or get on a boat and do a dive...but not necessarily in that order!

We normally get a deluxe room at Divi. Deluxe only meaning that it is right on the water. So close that we watch the parrotfish swimming while we have morning coffee on the deck of our room. As was said in prior post, short walk to onsite dive shop and equipment lockers out on pier. Just suit up at locker and 2 to 3 steps to giant stride. On our trip this April we are staying at Divi the first week ourselves and then meeting up with a group of friends at Buddy's for the second week. :cool2:

Thanks! We are still lookin- narrowed it down to divi, buddy, and den laman....For the moment we are just lookin forward to our live aboard trip to turks and caicos in February!

Plaza Resort is "the" place to stay and Toucan Divers is awesome! Stayed at the Plaza and dove with Toucan on at least 6 different trips. Liked Bonaire so much, we got married on the island.

Wow- this is not easy deciding...we are definitely staying at habitat curacao - not because of its 4 star qualities, but because of our friend who is a dive master there. We are trying to decide now between buddy Dive, Divi, and the Plaza- it' s our honeymoon - are there any special things about any of those places to stay that could help sway our decision?
