I have 3-4 pairs of SP jet fins. The ribs break, apparently when I get in a war with a fish.... They are probably the toughest fins made, however.
How do you keep Jet Fins lasting so long?

A tear generally developes on the dorsal aspect of the pocket and all have torn straight down towards the toe, usually stopping about halfway down the foot pocket. My foot will then just slip right out of the heel strap if I kick with any significant amount of force. I'm not a terribly savvy technology person (and I'm also at work), so don't hold your breath for pictures, but I'll try when I get home on Monday.cmalinowski:
