What we do is have a round 5 gallon cooler with hot water and when we come up we put our gloves and hoods in the water and use out mask cases to dump that hot water down the wetsuit. It'll warm you up quickly. We also have plenty of coffee and chicken broth. We dove last weekend with water 49 and airtemps 39 and the only uncomfortable part was climbing the later and dumping gear to get to the cooler:)
