How long do thinsulate undergarments last?

I'm looking at buying some older used DUI thinsulate Divewear (the ones with 35°-50° on the label and "extreme" under it).

I know over time as thinsulate or other divewear material gets compressed it loses its loft and will lose some of its insulation ability - how noticeable is it over time?
