Wow ... thought this thread had kind of stalled and now it's a veritable treasure trove of KL info! Thanks everyone for the great tips!

Definately your best option - very cheap also (RM9) - is to use the Air Asia Skybus which operates from LCCT to KL Sentral. Look at Welcome to Skybus!. Very comfy. Frequent departures from 7am to 3.15 am (no departures between 3.15am - 7 am). There is also another company doing the same. The kiosks where you buy the tickets are both in the area where you exit the arrivals hall and easy to obtain at the airport or on the bus. The website also has a good site map of LCCT and KL Sentral departure/arrival points. There are no trains to or from LCCT and it is a schlepp to get from LCCT to KL International - not worth it unless you have to catch a flight from one to the other. Skybus also offer vans to take you to your hotel.
