How to remove video noise?

How to remove video noise on recordings? I have already tried with Neat Video plug in Sony Vegas but I was not entirely successful. Any suggestions?

Do you mean remove all audio from the video clip? Typically it's a right click on the video clip(s) you want and select "delete audio" or something along those lines.

Not audio noise! Video noise. Look my video and you will see some video noise on blue sea-circles,small squares.
