how to use scuba board?

Hi, Buland....
Insta-gator answered half of your question, about how to use Scuba Board. As for the other half, you do need training to learn how to dive safely. If there is a dive shop near you, go in and talk to them about an Open Water class. But be aware, a good instructor makes a world of difference. Get to know the instructor if you can BEFORE you sign up for the class. If they will let you sit in on a class beforehand, do so. That way you can get a feel for their teaching methods. Just my 2 cents worth.
