I need Rhinopias tips!

Most of the ones I saw in PNG were in fairly shallow water (5-15m), and tended as people said to be sat on the tops of things - we found little craters in bommies to be good places to see them, but the best thing to take was a local who had seen them many times before in the same spots!

i have never seen a rhinopias, do you know of anyone spotting one here in the philippines?

I heard there've been some sightings in Batangas... Can anyone confirm?
