I am interested in knowing what goes into the IANTD open water sidemount course. Does anyone have a course outline, or detailed description they would be willing to share?

Best thing to do is ask the instructor you are considering taking the class with. I teach the IANTD Open Water Sidemount course but I'm sure my course is quite a bit different than other courses out there so telling you what I do in class won't help you with a class you might be considering on Cozumel or Playa.
