Identifying the exact model of a sherwood regulator?

I own a Sherwood regulator and would like to know the exat model.

The US patent number of the first stage is: 426257
US patent number of the second stage is: 350652

Is anyone able to help me finding out which model it exactely is?

Looks to be an older (80-90's) Sherwood Magnum and octo.

a very simple straightforward regulator should be no problem getting it serviced if needed.
