IMAX movie

went to my first IMAX movie. "Ocean Wonderland" was the name and what a great experience! Anyone seen it or been to an IMAX?

Haven't seen that one, but I've seen Miracle of Flight and one about coral reefs.

They are definitley an amazing experience (gotta put one of them in the basement!), especially the Miracle of Flight one which has lots of scenes from the Blue Angel's performances, and you feel like you're right there in the cockpit with them.

Pretty sweet.

I saw the Miracle of Flight one as well at the Pensacola NAS.

I'm in New Orleans on business atleast two days and a night a week, eventually, I'm going to get down to the IMAX by the aquarium and catch the Ocean Wonderland flick.

Yeah I saw it at Pensacola too. Acutally I saw it about 10 times over a few years. That place never gets old. Does anyone know what kind of damage was done to it during the hurricanes?

Lots of damage to some of the planes and some of the structures, not sure of the extent.

I saw the IMAX film on Micheal Jordan...felt like you were on the court playing in the game.
