In Northeast, Tri-lam or crushed Neoprene?

OK. thanks to all. seems like the info i gathered is that neoprene is more durable, more streamlined, more flexible, and needs relatively less insulation. Trilam dries faster (which is important if needed to repair seals and if you are going to be flying less than 40 hours but more than 24 hours after your last dive ....considering weight) and trilam looks more form fitting.

I'm going to second the vulcanized rubber suit, i have a viking classic and it's really awesome. It's lighter weight than some of the rubber suits out there now, and it's basically indestructible. If you can get a used one, it's a good investment. Even with a patch or two needed, it's well worth it.
