invalid security certificate

I keep getting a pop up message that locks up the page.

“Security certificate has expired or not yet valid” or “the name on the security certificate is invalid or does not match the name of the site”. Do you wish to continue?

Of course the answer is “no” and it will go away for a moment or two and comes back. Makes the site pretty worthless to look at anything.

ok here is what I got..
