On the old format, when I opened a post it stayed on the original post (top first page). If I opened a page within a thread it stayed at the top of the page.

Now, when you open a post it jumps to the very end of all posts/pages in the thread. If you open a page it jumps to the very end of the page.

Both of these new "features" are most annoying. Is there a setting which I have missed that allows the old way of accessing threads? In other words, can I set things so I go to the top of the first page when I click on a thread title and the top of the selected page when I click on the page within a thread??????

At the moment when you click on a thread title in New Posts it takes you to the first new post in the thread.
If you click on the black dot to the left of the thread title it takes you to the last post in the thread.
If you go to the specific forum, then click the thread title it puts you on the very first post.

All are very obtuse ways to get to the first post in a thread or on a page. Is there no way around this?

Oh, and I just tried to go to the forum and click on the thread title - and it did not take me to the first post in the thread. It took me to the middle of the last page.
