Welcome to thre board. You will be able to have any question about scuba diving answered here on this board. Also, welcome to the dive community. We are a tight group here. We may have different opinions on subjects but everyone here loves the dive life. After your classes dive as much as possible.

Welcome as well. Study the manual like Hell. Try to get an idea of the skills before the course. Then dive a whole lot. I always advise trying to find a buddy who is experienced, ideally one with rescue skills. Then take rescue course when you feel ready (20-50 dives in, whatever). Then dive lots more. I may have learned as much or more from SB than from the courses I have taken-- and I had very good instructors. The "arguments" here can really get you thinking.
