I am looking to do my tec classes 40-45 and I found the dive shop in PHX-AZ sea 2 sea. James Bock Is the instructor for the tec and I wanted to see if any one has had any classes or dealings with him and how did it go?

I do not in general think it is the greatest thing to have an otherwise unknown individual discussed in public. Bad reviews can border on defamation. As is true in libel cases, much can depend upon the degree to which that person is a public figure. If Mr. Bock were the head of an agency or had been involved in a major event, it would be different. Some personal grudge can have an outsized impact on a small time, relatively unknown instructor.
