Jeanie II, Brooklyn Dive Boat.

I heard that the Jeanie II dive boat out of Sheepshead Bay run by Bill Reddan has been sold. As far as I know it was the last boat out of South Brooklyn. The Karen also use to run out of this area until a few years ago. Does anyone know it someone is taking over the operation? or is it going away? Does anyone know of any other boat in the South Brooklyn area?

boat has been sold and I understand it will be used at the Tappen Zee bridge construction on the Hudson. other boats out of Freeport may work out for you. Tempest and Sea Hawk..end of an era.

This is very, very sad news. And yes it is the end of an era. Bill and company are the best.
