Joined a while ago but still no picture!?!

Aloha everyone. I joined last month and have put several versions of photos up on my member profile but my pic still won't appear on the members with photos page. I get the little box with an X in it. Do I need to contact an administrator or use a special type of image (ie: jpeg, tiff)? I don't really know where to go to even post this question so I put it here. Hopefully someone out there can help. I noticed a lot of other users who seem to be in the same boat. It would be nice if all 20,000 plus users had a pic up there!

I have the same problem. I sized it accordingly, but it still won't go.

It looks like we have a bug in the thumbnail feature, I will fix it and rebuild the thumbnails as soon as I get a chance.
