that is the same weekend as the Republic of Texas bike rally ROT Biker Rally | Biggest Motorcycle Rally In Texas | All Bikes Welcome with Robbie Knievels jump in front of the Capitol...it will be crazy downtown Friday night....:shocked2: FWIW

So, should we reconsider Sholz and go for less of a downtown location?
Maybe head out to Finns or somewhere on lake?
Perhaps repeat Draught Haus? Or out to Taps again in Lakeline area?

I am avoiding anywhere in Austin that weekend....I usually go to the ROT parade but not this year traffic was a @%*&% last year took us an hour to get to Red River and that was at 4:00pm I can only imagine what it would be like later....better make it west or southwest or I guess Northwest at least that is away from most of the action
