3 Tank, Friday Special Dive

Check In – Gerry and Marcelo

Captain – Mike

Dive Guide – David

Deckhand – Amanda

Vis = 80 + to 40 ft.

Water Temp = 76 to 78 F

Animals of note:

1 shark, possibly a sandbar, viewed from overhead only FLMNH Ichthyology Department: Sandbar Shark

14 caribbean reef sharks

14 goliath groupers

5 loggerhead sea turtles

2 hawksbill sea turtles, one of them tagged

1 bluefish

A great way to spend the early part of the day, then I headed to work.

Hoping for even more sharks this coming Friday as the migrations ramp up.
