I am not a cave diver (yet) but I plan on taking a cavern course in the not too distant future.

I'm with Jess - not there yet, but I'm hoping to get started w/ the training this year. Though, just like you guys, I'm having a hard time finding diveable caves in TX.

I'm having a hard time finding diveable caves in TX.

They are there,but they fall in the category of very tight needing specialized configurations or very deep. You may find a lot of trips to Mexico or Florida in your future.

I may end up going to Mexico for cavern at the end of May. The plan is to do cavern in Mexico and then Intro in Florida so I get some experience in both environments.
