Well, if you drop off all your gear and your buddies, then you drive up to periwinkle pl., there is good, legal parking along the road on the side of the big gravel ditch, right before the cul-de-sac. You just walk down (takes 3-5 minutes), gear up and dive. If you know someone who lives in kelvin grove, you can always park at their house. And im sure that if you stay sober and as quiet as deemed reasonable, there should be no complaints, especially if you dive in the afternoon.
