Key Largo 2-3 ft seas....

How diveable is this? I looked at the weather this morning and that is what the forcast is giving for this coming weekend. I'll be there 19th thru 23rd and I'm trying to decide if I need to make alternate plans. I was planning on diving with one of the smaller boats but how rough is 2-3 ft seas? Do I need to look at a bigger boat? How bad does it have to get before they cancel trips? Thanks in advance for any advise you can give to a land locked quarry diver.

It's not so much the size but the frequency. If the swells are far enough apart you won't hardly notice them.

2-3..... Heck I'm in LOL those are ripples compared to some I have been in....

7-9's you have to worry about, 2-3's thats easy

Did 4' - 6' in a 34' boat on Saturday. 2' - 3' in the Keys this time of year is not bad. It should not be a problem. Like del mo said. It's not the size it's how far apart they are.
