Knife keeper for a belt?

I know the DIR way is a belt mounted knife which makes alot of sense becuase if its on my leg it could easily hang on something. I have three knifes and all are setup for leg mount only. Any suggestions on how to belt mount these. Right know all I can think of is some kind of intertub rigging. Pictures would help!

Or just get a new knife? The cut off steak knives work well. If you can sew the material (industrial sewing machine) it wouldn't be too hard to make most any knife sheath.

Go to your local outdoor store and look at the nylon sheaths typically sold for the small AAA mag lights, etc.

Or you can take some 2" webbing and make your own.
