Koh Yao

Does anyone have information on diving in Koh Yao... I'm looking to go over Chinese New Year, middle of February. Any suggestions on dive shops? What are the best places to stay? Is it better to stay on Koh Yao Yai or Koh Yao Noi? I would be flying into Phuket. It seems I would have to spend one night there and take the ferry over the next morning, correct?
