I know it's not Jan but last month I wore a 5 no hood or gloves and was perfectly fine although I did get a little chilly on the manta dive by the end of it. Be sure and bring a light jacket or hoodie for the boat ride back.
 
Some also depends on how many dives a day and how many days in a row. I end up using a 5 ml even in Bonaire after our first few dives because we dive so much. But, if only 1-2 dives a day, I don't need nearly as much exposure protection. The body core really gets colder and colder with each dive and on successive dive days.
Remember too, its better to be a little too warm than chilly. Being cold can make you more prone to DCS and narcosis.
