What happened? I even took the trouble to make some popcorn...
 
When I was over there last summer, my AOW instructor at PG said the same as the title. He said they get a lot of newly certified divers from Korea that simply do not know how to scuba dive despite the certification. However, a lot of people of all nationalities get certified, then wait a year or two before diving again and as a result don't remember how to do it anymore.

So? Did my immigrant forefathers from Germany and Scotland tell everyone in Ohio that they were Germans and Scots? Or Americans? :D
