I already have a strobe on my camera but have thought how much easier it would be to mount an LED onto an arm and use that as a strobe.

Is that possible? Is there a company that is already doing that?

I've tried searching but didn't seem to see anything, perhaps I am using the wrong words in my search.

Thanks for the help.

I know ppl that use an UK Light Cannon as a video light, but I don't think there is enough output from an LED light (or even HID) to use as a strobe.

Thanks. That's what I thought. I was hoping for something that was more user friendly. I worry about water-leakage when I add the cable and then I've got another set of o-rings that I worry about not sealing on the flash.
