Oh that is not something to even joke about. There is a diver who is with the Metro West Dive Club, she had that happen to her. Needless to say, neither the local police or the harbormaster would investigate. I forget how she did it but she got someone from the state to investigate. She just would not give up. In the end, the lobsterman was found guilty, of what charge I don't recall. Basically, this was his first offense and charges were reduced to just a misdemeanor.
