Hi - I'd like to dive in Lombok. Keen to get any suggestions on dive centres, dive sites and hotels. Mostly I like macro/muck diving but happy to do anything really. Appreciate any help...

Get a hold of Shannon from Blue Marlin Dive in Kuta, Lombok. The guy is muck diving macro spotting jedi master and total nerd with the naming conventions. He worked in Komodo for years and now manages BM in Lombok.

For hotels I don't know what your budget is but I love Kumbara Villas.

Have you done any muck dives there? Is it comparable to Tulamben? I'm debating if I should swing by Kuta in 4-6 weeks, or just go to Tulamben again. Would be nice to dive somewhere that I can change it up and do reef one day, muck another day.
