I'm a Fish!
Hey guys, just wondering if anyone knew of any exercises that can help you to hold your breath longer. Currently I can hold my breath for 2:30 above water and 1:00 below. So any techniques or secrets would be great, thanks.

On the surface , with a few prepatory breathes I can also squeeze out a 2 min. breathe hold... but , underwater... not anywhere Near as much... i'm not timing it, but I'm thinking its prob Half that or less... (47sec.?)

Not sure whether its the constriction/perception of constriction of the wetsuit, or the actual water pressure... , doesnt seem like I fill my lungs to capacity when breathing underwater to the extent I do while above either,...

Or maybe its jus' psychological... "I'm underwater, I HAVE to breathe NOW!" ... kinda thing...
