Hey Guys, i have recently come onto the possession of 3 "S, By Scubapro" second stages. They are older models, and have the diaphragm flipped to the opposite side, and acting as a diaphragm and exhaust valve. I did a quick google search, and could not find any repair manuals for this series. Do any of you guys have one, or know where to find one?

Thanks in advance!

Sounds like the D series, AKA "Darth Vader" series; they could be the D300, D350 or D400.
The adjustments of these guys are tricky; download & read the manual carefully.

Actually if the exhaust and diaphragm face to the back, it is probably an Air1 (or maybe the pilot). I had an Air1, and it was awesome for when I was getting pulled by a boat looking for dive sites. Every normal reg would freeflow in that situation. Even most side breathers (Oceanic Omega, Poseidon) have a front facing purge that gets slammed when the boat is pulling you.

Only the Air 1's and the older Poseidon have a not facing forward purge, and when being dragged by a boat even the side purge Poseidons will be affected by the current. The Air 1 was great, but.....

(Basically ScubaPro discontinued support for them and upgraded owners to new regs for free. If you have a Pilot or an Air1 you should treat it like a museum piece, since parts are no longer avaiable, and the diaphragm gets torn too easily when being serviced. Someone on eBay would pay for it for sure.

Let's start by figuring out what it is you have.

If you pick a "Pilot" then does it have a little black plastic button in the middle of the top cap or not?
